The St Tropez Auto Bronzant is a chocolate brown coloured lotion which is applied by hand. When this dries it may leave darker streaks on the skin, however, this is nothing to worry about as this is only the guide colour to aid the therapist to ensure the entire body is covered. This will be washed off after a minimum of 4 hours.

St. Tropez tinted self-tanning lotion works instantly for a streakless application that will last for days. This aloe vera based lotion is non greasy and quick drying, with a relaxing aromatic scent.

Conveniently formulated in one maximum strength shade that can be custom blended with St. Tropez body moisturiser to your own desired shade. Finally you can enjoy a year round tan so dark it can actually hide stretch marks and varicose veins

Questions & Answers

Will it wash off?

Only if you attempted to bathe before the tan is fully developed, during the 4 hour period. Once the tan has developed you can bath as normal.

How long will the tan last for?

Some people report tans lasting for up to 2 weeks! On average we recommend that a tan will last 7-10 days.

Does the tan go orange?

No the formulation has a tint of green in it which prevents the tan from going orange.

How long should I wait before showing?

A minimum of 4 hours

What should I wear whilst I am waiting for the tan to develop?

It is advisable to wear loose, dark, baggy clothing so that the tan does not rub off on abrasive clothing.

How dark is it on really fair/pale skin?

For people with really fair/pale skin it will give them a natural healthy glow, for a deeper tan a second application may need to be applied. The tan will look darker on an olive skin for example.

What do I need to do to prepare my skin before having the product applied?

You will need to exfoliate and moisturise thoroughly especially on dry areas such as knees, elbows, ankles.

Can I go swimming?

Swimming in the sea is fine, however, swimming in pools is not advised as the chlorine will bleach the tan.
